The use of internet resources in teaching listening

The article examines ways to expand the opportunities for a foreign language teacher by means of using different internet resources in listening. The advantages of using video materials as a dynamic support for teaching listening are shown. Professionally oriented listening is analyzed as a purpose and means of teaching students in a non-linguistic university, which implies mastering different types of listening in accordance with the actual content of video materials that have a professional orientation. We offer a variety of tasks, aimed at the formation of listening skills and abilities.
