The perception of the society of the arboretum can be evaluated through the on-line reviews. Assessment of the Sochi "Dendrarium" on the popular travel website Tripadvisor we have analyzed. The site offered visitors to rate on a 5-point scale, describe experiences and give recommendations to other tourists. several categories of factors, which are subjectively chosen by the visitors to estimate the arboretum were analyzed. Studies have shown that arboretums are perceived by society as places of rest. The diversity and richness of flora is important only in the initial selection of the object to visit. But, as a result, it is estimated, first of all, the overall attractiveness of the Park and the state of the environment, opportunities for recreation and service provided.
