Artificial intelligence in personnel management in an innovative enterprise

It is noted that in order to maintain the achieved rates of development of education, science, technology and production, an increasing number of highly qualified specialists are required. In this regard, the relevance of attracting new intellectual resources is justified. As one of them, group work is proposed, provided with decision support systems, various expert, intelligent systems, artificial intelligence and virtual reality systems. An attempt has been made to scientifically analyze and critically comprehend the problem of using artificial intelligence in the personnel management of an innovative enterprise.
