AnnotationMobilization of potential investment resources and use them for economic recovery is a challenge. The solution to this problem depends on a number of factors which make up the regional investment climate. To ensure a favorable investment climate of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic must stabilise its components: investment potential and investment risk. In this article the analysis to trace the influence of various factors on the investment climate in the region. Proposals have been made to minimize investment risks. Describes the ways to increase investment capacity.
