The investment leasing loan as a new tool for the private investor

By analysing the traditional ways of individual people buying property, the author considers one new tool of private investment - the investment leasing loan. In its description the author turns her attention to the problems of taxation of private investment and develops a programme of paying the personal income tax in case of an investment leasing loan which would meet both public and private interests.
