Intellectual capital as an economic category

The article discusses the concepts of intellectual capital and intellectual property. It is noted that sometimes the terms "intellectual capital" and "intellectual property" are used interchangeably. It is noted that - skills and abilities are inseparable from the person. Man cannot be the object of property. The object of property can only be objectified, and rather even materialized (that is, having a material, physical embodiment) intellectual capital. Thus, the concept of intellectual capital is broader than the concept of intellectual property, and is not reducible to it.
