Global and local integration of higher school educational space

The article is devoted to the issues of globalization process influence on the higher education sphere and development of institutional international cooperationin Russia Academic international exchange and its problems are discussed. Academic mobility provides scholarly links and cooperation of academic activity of higher education institutions of different countries. In conclusion the necessity of certain arrangements for the more intensive involvement of regional higher educational institutions into international cooperation is substantiated.
