The institution of representation in the context of the сode of administrative procedure

Purpose: Considering the institution of representation in the context of the code of administrative procedure of the Russian Federation. Methodology: The author with the implementation of article used formal-legal and comparative-legal methods. Results: In the paper the institution of representation, enshrined in the Civil code and the institution mission set forth by the code of administrative proceedings was analyzed. The result of this analysis conclusions are made about the different approaches of these codes to the institution of representation. The author attempts to analyze the positive and controversial moments of the new approach to the institution of representation, enshrined in the code of administrative procedure. Novelty/originality/value:The paper examines the provisions of the institution of representation, the new code of administrative procedure of the Russian Federation, a year after its official entry into force.
