Institutional monopolism: background of transformation

The article formulates the general operation contours of the socio-economic system of the transformational society. The core components and interactions of the system are described. The nature of the institutional monopolism is revealed as protective factor against the omnipresent monopolism of socio-economic interactions in a transformational society.
