Institutional transformations as a factor of deepening the integration of Eurasian countries in conditions of enhancing multifunctional hypercompetition

The article is devoted to the analysis of new institutional transformations in the system of Eurasian integration in the context of enhancing multifunctional hypercompetition. For the first time in the economic literature, the concept of "multifunctional hypercompetition" has been introduced into scientific circulation, which is a basic element of the neo-integration concept of Eurasian development. The main tools of the mechanism for implementing multifunctional hypercompetition are considered. The characteristics of institutional innovations in the field of digital transformation, data turnover and protection, the introduction of digital currencies, technical regulation, the transition to mutual settlements in the national currencies of Eurasian countries are given.
