Innovative technologies of vocational education in a globalizing society

The article presents the author’s experience of philosophical reflection on the methodological and philosophical foundations of modern innovative technologies of vocational education. Based on the traditions of the philosophy of education, the author proves the idea of the productivity of individual integration of new knowledge, professional skills and abilities into the mental structure of the student’s personality with constant creative interaction with the teacher, who is in a state of permanent professional self-improvement. The diversification of innovative technologies in vocational education strengthens the tendency to search for humane presentations of educational activities and new pedagogical professionalism, which would be such ways of organizing the process of developing the basic abilities of an individual, where the value components of the spontaneous and purposeful flows of human life experience at the level of individual being-in-culture, could be realized in the spiritual world of the individual.
