Innovative transformations of ship-repair enterprises as requirement of stable development of marine activity

The paper has analyzed the statement that the developed coastal infrastracture, in particular ship repair is necessary for maintenance of steady work of fleet at development of stocks of Arctic regions. The today's condition of the ship-repair enterprises will not provide requirement of fleet without innovative transformations.
