Innovation approaches to the ensuring of sustainable development of economic-ecological systems of the region

There are considered basic provisions of development and interaction of economic-ecological systems of the region from the viewpoint of system approach. Within the limits of economy modernization it is offered to create Nonprofit Partnerships, which allow developing and applying innovation approaches to the ensuring of sustainable development of economic-ecological systems of the large rivers basins, steppe zone and other regions of Russian Federation.
