Organizations and population innovative activity

Proceeding from the data analysis of interstate, state, and regional levels, the paper reveals the problems related to the innovative activity of organizations and population. The article determines that the decline in the level of innovative activity, the decrease in the number of advanced manufacturing technologies created and used, have negative impact on the demand for the innovative abilities of population.
