Informatization of public administration: new quality or old problems?

The implementation of new information and communication technologies has great importance for the functioning of the state, its public administration bodes and the whole society. currently, bureaucratic mechanisms are required to refuse in state public activities while cases consideration in favor of modern innovative approaches, so-called "electronic services" which are aimed for elimination of barriers and meeting the expectations of society. in recent years with the support of the european union, russia has made a big forward step in this area, offering wide range of "electronic services" to citizens. One of the most important tasks of modern public administration in russia is electronic public services providing. implementation of modern technologies makes possible to simplify and optimize administrative procedures improve the offered services quality and reduce expenditure. in modern society the provision of electronic public services is an effective method of increasing the participation of citizens in the social, public and economic life of society. This article goal is to identify aspects related with the use of electronic administration for public taxes services. the article shows in detail the advantages and disadvantages of tax authorities operation in russian federation.
