Бесплатный доступ

This article will review the content and methodology of the two most significant and informative public international antiterrorism reports - the European Union Terrorism Situation and Trend Report (TE-SAT) and the Global Terrorism Index (GTI) - with the goal of the possible use of such methods in the national strategic anti-terrorism activities. These reports use methods of mathematical analysis of statistical data collected and processed according to scientifically based research programs. Data science is an integral part of contemporary academic education. The graphical implementation of arrays of data with geographic links, which significantly distinguishes these reports from the traditional ones is important for applied information analysis.
