Individual interpretation (to problem statement)

Introduction: the article substantiates the existence of a new independent type of interpretation of law - individual interpretation. The author proceeds from the fact that any interpretation is initially individual, when it comes to the inner side of the interpretation - the process of understanding the true meaning of the legal requirement. At the second stage of interpretation, in the process of clarification, a collective (collegial) interpretation is possible, which is understood as a set of individual interpretations. Proposed additions to the existing classifications relating to types of interpretation. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of the research is represented by the General dialectical method of scientific knowledge in combination with the method of formal legal analysis and other special legal methods.
