This article deals with new concepts in the field of organizational dynamics: the organizational strength of the immune system and the organization's strength. Definitions are proposed, the concept of «the power of the organization» is structured, an approach to assess the strength of the organization is suggested. The symptoms of loss in institutional organization of immunity are identified.
