Identification of polymeric materials containing new organophosphorous flame retardants in the production of fire-technical examination

The article deals with the methods of analyses, by which it is possible to identify residues of polymeric materials withdrawn from the fire scene with the aim of establishing a focus and the cause of the fire, and the dynamics of its development. The possibility of identifying the materials was considered in the example of PVC plastisols additives new organophosphorous compounds, obtained by the Trofimov - Gusarova’s method of mills-their reports on the basis of red, non-toxic phosphorus. According to the results of chemical microanalysis and x - ray fluorescence analysis can establish the presence of phosphorus in the residues of the samples, the color of the flame to determine the type of polymeric material and justify the findings of an expert study.
