Identification and risk assessment of product certification process

The article describes the direction of research - product certification. The relevance of identification and risk assessment of the product certification process is justified. The results of the research of the product certification process and its interaction with other main business processes of the organization are presented. The results of the research of risk identification, graphical representation and assessment methods are presented. The use of selected methods for the development of the methodology for identifying and assessing the risks of the certification process is justified. Based on the results of the research, the methodology for identifying and assessing risks of the product certification process within the framework of the organization's quality management system is proposed. The actions, risk identification and assessment methods used are described, forms of developed documents are presented at each stage of the proposed methodology.
