The analysis of group potato varieties on productivity, adaptive ability and stability of the genotype, lead in Samara scientific research institute of agriculture in adverse soil - climatic conditions 2009-2011 is presented. The potato varieties most adapted to local agroecological conditions, with high stability, capable to form high enough productivity in conditions of a drought are identified.
