Characteristic of self-control of correction facilities personnel with various tenures of employment

The article deals with the self-control as professionally important quality of the collaborators of criminally-executive system. Its development acts as a necessary condition for achievement of high index of professionalism and competence. The results received during research allow to approve, that with increase in service life at employees the level of expressiveness of self-control increases.
