Humanitarian legal strategy as a factor the rule of law in Russia

The absolute value of a Constitution lies in the fact that it attaches the highest legal effect the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen, protect his honor and dignity. To ensure per-spective development of this direction of the constitutional regulation it is important that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person entrenched in the fullest extent. This is the humanitarian legal strategy of Russia in the light of the Constitution. The relevance of the proposed perspective is extremely acute. It is not only about overcoming the previous approaches to the action of the Constitution and human rights, but also the formation of cultural and legal values, as in zakonotvortsy-tion and enforcement.
