State regulation of relations in the field of intellectual property

This article deals with the state of intellectual property regulation. Subject of research is the role and importance of state influence on the different areas. Objective -Find problems of state regulation of relations in the spheres of intellectual property. The paper considers the role of the state and concluded that the impact on the development of inventions. The problem of state influence on the import, customs a stirred goods and the customs register. The conclusion about the need to introduce in the Russian imports, protection of objects of intellectual work and study of the issue at the state level.
