State and patriotic ideology as the core of patriotic upbringing of Russian citizens

The article shows the importance of the problem of patriotism in modern Russia. It reveals the concept of state and patriotic ideology and considers its peculiarities. They are based on the understanding of this system as an interconnection of citizen and state values which are provided in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This system appeals to the patriotic consciences of the Russian people.
