Lawyer's fee of success: theory and current problems of law enforcement

This article analyzes a rather controversial form of attorney's remuneration - “success fee”. The work raises questions of a theoretical and practical nature, special attention is paid to judicial practice and how, with its help, the attitude was formed to the possibility of collecting a “success fee”. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude how successful the practice of obtaining this type of remuneration by lawyers and how much its existence is possible in the Russian legal environment.
