The Dutch disease in Russia and features of its manifestation

The article discusses reasons and aftereffects of the Russian socioeconomic development's dependence on the global market's prices on the energy resources and their production output. The authors explain that in the time of growth of the raw materials extraction or its prices there arises the Groningen effect, which is consequently the paradox of the open economy development with resource, technological and structural aspects.
