Heterogeneity of the social sphere of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The relevance of the study is determined by the heterogeneity of the social sphere. The paper presents a methodology for determining heterogeneity based on an integral assessment of the social sphere. A comprehensive grouping of municipalities according to the level and dynamics of the social sphere is presented. Municipal districts are evenly distributed according to the level of social sphere; this is becoming one of the key aspects of sustainable socio-economic development of the region.
