Found that the stability of the athletes to hypoxia and hypercapnia stress depends on the genetic determina- tion of allelic variants polymorphisms of the gene ACE and eNOS. Found that athletes with predominantly aerobic energy supply C-allele polymorphism of promoter gene eNOS is associated with cardio-respiratory efficiency of the system (most athletes with genotype T/C) polymorphism gene eNOS and the I/D ACE gene. Identified relationships can be used for directional control of the process of special physical training of athletes, and for primary screening of young athletes.
