In the Southern Urals, Scotsh pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) stand under air pollution was studied. Allozyme diversity at 13 loci was determined from five subpopulations. The measures of genetic structure indicate relatively high differentiation of the forest fragments. The results are discussed and compared with those reported for natural populations.
