The article considers the problem of gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding in the aspect of endoscopic diagnosis and modern treatment methods. Special attention is paid to comparison of modern methods of endoscopic hemostasis as a major aspect in the treatment of this group of patients. Presented an algorithm for the management of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding.
