Functional and reserve indicators of an organism of students in the educational process

In this paper, we have investigated the feature of backup functional and reserve possibilities of organism of students of educational institutions of the MIA of Russia. And also studied the basic guidelines of the direction of physical education, the mechanisms of muscle activity.
