Value analysis as a form of business consulting

This article discusses a project on activity-based costing, which is the content of the consulting services that perform works such as diagnostics, study and analysis, finding, development and substantiation of administrative decisions, including recommendations for the management of their liquidation. Consulting services also include training staff in new methods of management, accounting and analysis and the ability to use in practice, the proposed recommendations.
