Phraseological units and stable verbal complexes charactering person by mental abilities in the Ingush language

In this article are described phraseological units and stable verbal complexes of the Ingush language, related to the thematic group «The clever man», «The stupid man». Ingush Lexemes set expressions and phraseological units are compared with the same thematic group units, fixed in the Russian language.
