Researches data of protein fractional composition, activity of glucose-6-phosphatedehydrogenase and suc-cinatdehydrogenase molecular forms in microassociations of model hydroecosystems on phases of devel-opment are cited and at action of some toxicants. The opportunity of application of the received results for biomonitoring hydroecosystems is shown.
