Photovoltaic characteristics and imperfect coefficient photo-I-V

The article theoretically explores the relationship between the main photovoltaic characteristics and the non-ideal coefficient of the photovolt-ampere characteristic (photo-I-V characteristic) of solar cells. It was determined that the non-ideal coefficient of photo-I-V characteristic has different values for different points of the photo-I-V characteristic of solar cells.
