Forms and methods of legal propaganda in law enforcement bodies activities

Introduction: the article discusses certain forms and methods of legal propaganda, their content and features of the use of information and telecommunications resources in this field of activity of internal affairs bodies; special attention is paid to the use of manipulative influence by law enforcement officers in legal propaganda; it provides practical recommendations for the implementation of legal knowledge propaganda in various age groups. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of the research is presented by the general dialectic method of scientific knowledge, comparative analysis, cognitive methods and methods of generalization and description. Results: allowed to reveal the prospects of application of information and telecommunication resources of Internet network in implementation of legal propaganda in law-enforcement bodies, to reveal contents and features of use of techniques and methods of legal propaganda taking into account its adaptation to the audience. Summary and conclusions: taking into account insufficient regulations and due to the lack of methodical support for implementation of legal propaganda by various divisions of law enforcement bodies the choice of an optimum combination of forms and methods for this type of activity remains at the discretion of the employees that, in turn, does not contribute to a high degree of effectiveness of legal propaganda.
