It is emphasized that the security component of the adaptive potential of entrepreneurship develop-ment is the formation and development, on an innovative basis, of its support infrastructure, which is aimed at creating effective links between the agents of territorial entrepreneurship. The funda-mentals of the formation of infrastructure support for entrepreneurship with the aim of its permanent sustainable growth are summarized. Practical recommendations on the formation of an adequate infrastructure support system adapted to the new innovative economy are substantiated. The purpose of the article is the study of the modern infrastructure to support the development of entrepreneurship and substantiate on this basis the recommendations for the formation of an infra-structure system adapted to the new innovative economy of the region. Writing this article, an abstract-logical method is used to identify the essential features of the enter-prise infrastructure support system and a lexical-graphical technique for modeling the ways for the formation of the enterprise’s potential support infrastructure and its gradual improvement. The network of infrastructure agents supporting the entrepreneurship system is developing fragmen-tally and remains inadequate to the new innovative business conditions, which is due to the lack of a unified policy and concept for the development of entrepreneurship in the region. The components of the adaptive potential from the optimal number of structures are proposed. The system of an en-trepreneurial cluster based on the type of integrated business agents in the context of a system of developed entrepreneurship and business space is justified.
