The authors develop the system of differential assessment of personality’s individual characteristics, which makes it possible to diagnose the degree of psychological readiness of the Russian MIA educational institutions’ cadets for professional service. The multi-stage training system has been introduced. This system aims to build optimal level of psychological readiness for extreme conditions of tactical operations exercises.
