The formation of optimal motor stereotype of primary school-aged children with incorrect posture

The article highlights the problem of posture disorders in the frontal plane in children of primary school age. The available and informative methods of early diagnosis, allowing identifying the imbalance of postural muscles contributing to the emergence and further progression of posture disorders in the initial stages in primary school age children were offered. The specific indicators of muscle imbalance in primary school age children are considered, namely: the asymmetry of movements, provided by the simultaneous reduction of paired postural muscles; low level of static endurance of postural muscles; destabilization of vertical posture. The features of the method of organization of health-improving and correctional gymnastics classes aimed to leveling the imbalance of postural muscles and the formation of the optimal motor stereotype in the performance of basic movements are revealed.
