The formation of a corporative culture of a professional educational organization

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of corporative culture — one of the urgent, but little-studied problems of managing a professional educational organization. Based on the study of the conceptual apparatus of the problem of the formation of corporative culture, its methodological foundations, structure and functionality, the absence of unifi ed theoretical approaches and effective methods for the formation and study of the corporative culture of modern Russian educational organizations has been established. The author gives and discusses the results of a study of the state of corporative culture at the Chelyabinsk Professional College, based on which it suggests mechanisms for improving the corporative culture of this professional educational organization.
