Innovative partnerships require continuous personnel development and routine training of experts. The author examines educational discourse (specifically modification of the discourse used by teachers or faculty) with the use of the anthropocentric approach to the analysis of institutional discourse. The approach forms systematic reflection of practices that produce texts based on the dominance of the author motives and needs, including, for example, social, cognitive, psychological, ideological and ethno-cultural components.
