Organization of human resources services for children’s tourism

The article deals with the main issues of children’s tourism development in Russia, as well as the priority areas of diversification of services children’s activities. It analyzes popular recreation programs, their types, the organizers, the system works. It also considers the issues of human resources and qualification improvement of children’s tourism in the Russian Federation.
