Formation and detection of intent when provoking a bribe

The article considers the importance of the stages of formation and detection of intent in crimes classified under Art. 304 of the criminal code, and also examines the impact of timely detection of intent by operational investigative units on the effectiveness of the suppression of crimes under this article. The main problems of disclosure of provocation of bribes are studied.
