Formation of the database for creation the electronic map of radiating conditions in Samara oblast

In article the idea of creation the electronic map of dividing into districts the territory of Samara oblast ac-cording to long-term observations over a natural and technogenic radiation background is put forward. The electronic map in aggregate with a uniform database will allow to lead radiating monitoring both all territory, and separate objects.
