Physicochemical study of the release of biologically active substances from maclura orange

Theoretical and experimentally substantiated approach to the development of an oil extract from the fruit of the orange maclura. On the basis of pharmaco-technological and physicochemical studies, sunflower oil was selected as an effective extractant in terms of BAS yield. The most rational is the RPA-extraction method, which made it possible to extract 30% more biologically active substances in comparison with other methods. The most effective extraction conditions by this method have been studied and substantiated. A technological scheme for the production of the extract was developed, the main technological stages were described.
