Phyto-chemical research of preparations and raw material on the basis of siliculose pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)

Pepper siliculose - Capsicum annuum L. - nightshade family - Solanaceae - is herb growing in countries of Central America, known in all territory of the Russian Federation. Fetuses of pepper siliculose are a perspective source of reception the local boring and analgetic medical products which pharmacological action is caused by presence of exocyclic alkaloids group - capsaicinoids. As a result of the lead re-searches the dominating alkaloid of pepper annual fetuses - a capsaicine is allocated and characterized.
