Financial control of commercial activity as a scope of corporation financial management

Financial control as a direction of company's financial management has different meanings depending on the goals of the financial controllers: audit, supervision of the correct reflection of financial transactions, a way of recognizing revenue, etc. Taking into account the desire for increase of corporate value, a significant contribution to the achievement of which are the financial results of the operating profit, OIBDA, OIBDA margin, it is appropriate to define financial control of commercial activities in a separate area of financial management. In this article the instruments of financial control of commercial activities are analyzed, it is also concluded about the effectiveness of described control measures in terms of the annual financial plan of the company.
