Financial risks of the enterprise in modern conditions

The article deals with the problem that has always existed in the company, but due to the instability of international relations and as a consequence the problem of diagnostic methods of financial risk management has become even more crucial on the financial market. The authors present the main characteristics of financial risk, and a summary table of existing techniques of management and minimization is provided. On the basis of the data the main ways of risk minimization in local companies were determined, because in Russia risks have its own characteristics which are not common for foreign companies. Scientific and theoretical bases of the study are works devoted to the problems of management of financial stability of the company, cost-effectiveness analysis, corporate management and effective crisis management.
