Factors affecting formation of general competences of students of professional educational organizations

The article discusses the topic of teachers’ attitude to the process of forming general competencies among students of professional educational organizations as not important enough for future specialists. The new FSES introduce new formulations of general competences into the educational process, which are not always clear to teachers. An analysis of the methodological developments of teachers’ lessons allows us to conclude, that they are often limited to template phrases, when general competencies are included in the formulation of the lesson aims. Consequently, in the process of conducting a lesson, the teacher does not pay attention to the formation of general competencies at students. The author has identified three factors that provide positive dynamics in the work of teachers on this problem.
